Lightworks Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders over R1000. We deliver nationally.
1. Delivery Policy
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days, after receipt of payment. Deliveries to main centres can be expected within 1-2 days and outlying areas 2-4 days from courier collection date. Next day delivery available on request.
Delays in deliveries will be communicated as timeously as possible.
We do not provide an International delivery service as yet.
2. Return, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, email sales@lightworks.life.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Defective or Incorrect product
If your product is defective or you received the incorrect product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received a product from us and found that the container, is defective or leaking, or if the pump or nozzle mechanism is defective, please contact us at sales@lightworks.life or whatsapp 0829265508. We will gladly collect the product at our own expense and provide you with a replacement or credit.
If any of our products cause any irritation of your skin, please contact us at sales@lightworks.life or Whatsapp 0829265508. We will provide further guidance on the way forward. Products containing actives can cause transient, mild irritation of the skin upon initial use of the product.
If You no longer want the product you have ordered, you may return it to our physical address within 14 days of order date. We will provide a credit for products that have been unopened.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order for whatever reason, please email us (Sales@lightworks.life) with your order number. If your order has not been despatched, it will be cancelled and a refund or credit note will be processed.
